Start with washing your hair properly. But Before you wash it, brush through your hair so that it wouldn’t get tangled after drying. Wash them by applying shampoo to your palms first and only then to your wet hair gently massage shampoo into the roots. Try to move your hands from your ears to the back of your head, this move is helpful to keep your blood flowing to the follicles and provides hair growth. After all that rinse your scalp with water. Use conditioner and rinse your scalp with water properly don’t let the remaining conditioner on your hair. Try to start using organic shampoos and conditioner in your list for washing your hair. Then gently dry your hair with towel.
BLOW – DRYING
Yes I know blow drying is not good for the health of hair if only you are using it regularly. To blow dry start by applying some heat protector on your hair. It will not let the heat directly on your hair which will protect them from damaging and breakages.
Divide your hair into several sections place the blow dryer 6 inches away from your scalp. For volumounise your the better way is to mobe from roots to the ends, start from the back of your head and side sections. Do it gently and always keep it little bit away from your head. Use it only for once or twice in a week. Everyday using it can damage your hair badly and make them dry. Avoid Blow drying your as much as you can for your hair care routine.
You must know your hair type to set the heat temprature for curling your hair. While choosing the heating temperature of your curling iron you should always remember uptown 338°f temperature for thin hair from the 338 to 392°F it is good for normal hair and 392- 446° F is better for thick hair. There are different kinds of hair curlers and hair straightener as well so you must choose wisely the product which is more preferable for your type of hair.
Avacado oil has numerous advantages but most importantly they are more benefited for hair. It provides growth makes them soft, nourishes and moisturizes your hair :
What you have to do?
Take five tablespoons of avacado oil with three to five tablespoons of coconut oil then heat up the mixture and apply it gently on your scalp ; you can use a cotton; dip it in the mixture and apply it on your head press it gently on your scalp for better absorption. Then leave it for about fifteen to twenty minutes and then wash your hair. Next is Argan oil , it moisturizes nourishes and has a regenerating effect on your hair, you can use it both in its pure form or with other oils. Coconut oil is also a very good treatment for your hair. It is very helpful to regain the natural vitality of your damaged hair. You can use it by dropping some amount of coconut oil in your shampoo and then your done.
Hair mask are just as important for hair care as anything else they help your hair everything they need and get healthier.
There are different kinds of hair mask which you can apply it on your hair for better results:
For strengthening your hair :-
1- one teaspoon of caster oil
2- one tablespoon of honey
3- one tablespoon of aloe juice
Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask to your hair for half and for an one hour before washing it then throughout rinse your hair. This mask will heal your hair and provide all the vitamins it needs.
For oily hair :-
1- two tablespoons of dry mustard
2- four tablespoons of warm water
3- three tablespoons of clay
4- one tablespoon of honey
5- one tablespoon of lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask to your hair for 30 to 40 minutes. This mask will make your hair look fresh and also give a great volume to your hair and healthy glow.
The food you eat has a great impact on the condition of your hair a balanced diet, rich in the vitamins and minerals is essential for perfect hair as well as beauty too. Eat healthy food and eat fruits. vitamin C is the most beneficial for the growth of hair.
